Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into the original Hush Puppies box and secure it inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid Royal Mail or EVRI return label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
